Healing & Peace Music Concert
Featuring Live Rumi Poetry and Whirling Dervish Ceremony
You are warmly invited to an intimate evening devoted to peace, presence, and inner balance. This concert is designed as a contemplative experience, offering a gentle pause from daily noise and a chance to listen deeply.
The program features sacred Sufi music rooted in the Anatolian makam tradition, a centuries-old musical system developed to support emotional and spiritual harmony. This music has historically been used as a form of healing and continues to resonate across cultures today.
Selections from the Ayin-i Şerif are performed alongside a whirling dervish ceremony, a devotional practice symbolizing love, humility, and spiritual transformation. The ceremony is presented respectfully and is meant to be witnessed quietly, as part of the overall musical journey.
Poetry inspired by Rumi is woven throughout the evening, reflecting themes of love, surrender, and inner awakening.

The concert is presented by Ertugrul Erkisi Ensemble, bringing together oud, qanun, ney, percussion, guitar, and vocals in a serene and intimate setting. The music is spacious and meditative, allowing silence and stillness to be part of the experience.
This is a fully seated concert. No participation or prior knowledge is required. Guests are simply invited to listen, reflect, and receive.
This evening is open to all who are seeking peace, cultural depth, and a meaningful shared experience.
Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded and restored.
